Health Claims and Consulting Your Doctor
New Seeds PBK provides wellness information and makes statements about health based on general scientific and nutritional evidence. While weight loss, healing from a disease, or improved health results cannot be guaranteed, they may vary significantly from person to person. Before making any changes to your diet, it is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional. By purchasing from New Seeds PBK, you acknowledge that they do not make any explicit or implied claims or guarantees for specific results. It is also important to note that it is possible to experience negative systemic responses or weight gain while on the program. Please be aware that failure to achieve desired results does not entitle you to a refund or the ability to seek damages against New Seeds PBK.
Customers with Serious Health Conditions
Individuals who have certain medical conditions, such as being pregnant, having anorexia or bulimia, diabetes, high blood pressure, chronic kidney disease, being under 17 years old, or nursing mothers, MUST OBTAIN approval from a physician before starting any New Seeds PBK meal plans or consuming New Seeds PBK's meals. It is solely the discretion of individuals to decide whether to consume New Seeds PBK's meals, and New Seeds PBK bears no responsibility or liability for any adverse effects, hospitalization, allergic reactions, or related expenses that may occur.
It is important to consult with your doctor before starting any New Seeds PBK meal plans, consuming New Seeds PBK meals, or embarking on any health program. Modifying your diet, exercise routine, or losing weight can potentially impact your medical conditions and medications. Your doctor may need to make adjustments to your medications based on changes in your diet, exercise, or weight while on this program. It is also recommended to discuss with your doctor about any necessary vitamins and supplements, such as vitamin B12. If there are any changes in your medical condition, it is advisable to discuss your continued participation in the New Seeds PBK meal plans with your doctor.
Customers with Serious Nut Allergies
At New Seeds Plant-Based Kitchen, while we take utmost care to ensure the safety and quality of our meals, we cannot guarantee that our meals are completely free from cross-contamination with nuts. Despite our best efforts, there is a possibility of trace amounts of nuts or nut oils being present in our kitchen or on our equipment. We want to prioritize the safety of our customers with severe nut allergies and recommend exercising caution if you have a severe nut allergy. New Seeds PBK bears no responsibility or liability for any adverse effects, hospitalization, allergic reactions, or related expenses that may occur. If you have any concerns or specific dietary requirements, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
For all meals plans, if you want to pause, cancel, or modify your order, you must do so by FRIDAY NOON EST the week before you want them to take effect. Note that multiple quantities of one menu pack are considered a single order. If you cancel your order PAST FRIDAY NOON EST, we will issue you a CREDIT that you can use to reorder at your convenience. However, please note that NO REFUNDS will be provided.
Billing
When purchasing a New Seeds PBK Plan, you have the option to buy one week at a time, 2 days, 3 days, or multiple quantities of each. Depending on your choice, you will be billed at the time of purchase.
Deliveries
Overview:
All orders must be placed by Thursday, Noon EST of the previous week to receive your order on time. Deliveries are made on Sundays and Wednesdays 8AM - 8PM. However, depending on the menu pack you order, you will receive a delivery EITHER on Sunday OR Wednesday, or on BOTH days. See below. Specific time windows are not guaranteed.
5 Days (15 meals for M, T, W, Th, F)
Delivery in two parts: Sunday 9 meals, and Wednesday 6 meals.
3 and 6 days after the order deadline respectively.
3 Days (9 meals for M, T, W)
Delivery: Sundays.
3 days after the order deadline.
2 Days (6 meals for Th, F)
Delivery: Wednesdays.
6 days after the order deadline.
5 Days Menu Pack:
Orders for the 5-Days Menu Pack (15 meals for M, T, W, Th, F) must be placed by THURSDAY NOON EST. Deliveries are split into two days to ensure food freshness. The first part of your meals (9 meals) will arrive the following SUNDAY (three days later). The second part (6 meals) will arrive on WEDNESDAY (six days later). To guarantee delivery on the following Sunday and Wednesday, orders must be submitted by THURSDAY NOON EST of the previous week. If orders are submitted after this time, delivery for the upcoming Sunday cannot be guaranteed. Specific delivery times are not provided. The delivery route will vary based on the orders submitted the previous week.
Order by: Thursday Noon EST
Receive Part 1: Following Sunday throughout the day (3 days later).
Receive Part 2: Following Wednesday throughout the day (6 days later ).
Example: Ana wants to order the 5 Days Menu Pack for the upcoming week (15 meals for M, T, W, Th, F). Today is Thursday, January 11th, and Ana must submit her order before NOON EST. She will receive the first part of her order, 9 meals on Sunday, January 14th, and the second part of her order, 6 meals on Wednesday, January 17th.
3 Days Menu Pack:
Orders for the 3 Days Menu Pack (9 meals for M, T, W) must be placed by THURSDAY NOON EST. Your delivery will arrive the following SUNDAY (three days later) from 8AM - 8PM. Specific delivery times are not provided. The delivery route will vary based on the orders submitted the previous week. To guarantee delivery on the following Sunday, orders must be submitted by THURSDAY NOON EST of the previous week. If orders are submitted after this time, delivery for the upcoming Sunday cannot be guaranteed.

Example: Ana wants to order the 3 Days Menu Pack for the upcoming week (9 meals for M, T, W). Today is Thursday, January 11th, and Ana must submit her order before NOON EST. She will receive her delivery of 9 meals on Sunday, January 14th.
2 Days Menu Pack:
Orders for the 2 Days Menu Pack (6 meals for Th, F) must be placed by THURSDAY NOON EST. Your delivery will arrive the following WEDNESDAY (six days later) from 8AM - 8PM. Specific delivery times are not provided. The delivery route will vary based on the orders submitted the previous week. To guarantee delivery on the following WEDNESDAY, orders must be submitted by THURSDAY NOON EST of the previous week. If orders are submitted after this time, delivery for the upcoming Sunday cannot be guaranteed.
Order by: Thursday Noon EST
Delivery: Following Wednesday throughout the day (six days later).
Example: Ana wants to order the 2 Days Menu Pack for the upcoming week (6 meals for Th, F). Today is Thursday, January 11th, and Ana must submit her order before NOON EST. She will receive her delivery of 6 meals on Wednesday, January 17th.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, United States. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the federal or state courts located in Florida.
Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically for any changes.
