Frequently asked questions
Our meals are designed with dietary restrictions in mind. However, if you find that none of our meals conform to your diet, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Yes, all our meals are 100% plant-based.
While we prioritize using organic produce for our meals, there are occasions when certain ingredients may not be available organically due to seasonal or supply issues. Therefore, we do not claim that our meals are 100% organic.
You certainly can. Every week you can choose our preselected meals or choose your own if you have favorites you can’t resist!
Yes we do! We have Breakfast packs or Smoothie Packs that you may include with your meal plan. You will have the ability to add these options during the ordering process.
Our meals do not come with caloric information because we do not believe counting calories is the best approach to achieving weight management goals, let alone health and longevity.
Counting calories focuses solely on energy content and overlooks the nutritional value of food. Additionally, calorie intake and absorption depend on the quality of food and the individual's microbiome, making calorie counting an unreliable approach to weight management. Restricting calories can be stressful for the body, hinder nutrient intake, and lead to cravings and potential harm to the body and microbiome.
We use Himalayan pink salt and coconut aminos to add “saltiness” to our foods. If you require a strict low-sodium diet please contact us after you place your order and we will to our best to make adaptations to your meals.
We take great care to ensure the safety and quality of our meals, but we cannot guarantee they are completely free from cross-contamination with nuts. If you have a severe nut allergy, please contact us at horacio@newseedspbk.com to discuss your options.
When placing your order, please provide the necessary access codes. If your building requires it, add us to your guest list for entry. For specific instructions, email us at horacio@newseedspbk.com.
