While we prioritize using organic produce for our meals, there are occasions when certain ingredients may not be available organically due to seasonal or supply issues. Therefore, we do not claim that our meals are 100% organic.

You certainly can. Every week you can choose our preselected meals or choose your own if you have favorites you can’t resist!

Do you offer any Add-ons, like Breakfast Items or Juices?

Yes we do! We have Breakfast packs or Smoothie Packs that you may include with your meal plan. You will have the ability to add these options during the ordering process.

Do you provide calorie counts for your meals?

No. We do not list calorie counts. We focus on whole-food, nutrient-dense ingredients and chef-crafted meals that help you feel your best. If you have a specific nutrition question, contact us and we’ll help you choose the right meals.

Are meals low in sodium?

We use Himalayan pink salt and coconut aminos to add “saltiness” to our foods. If you require a strict low-sodium diet please contact us after you place your order and we will to our best to make adaptations to your meals.

How do you handle nut allergies?

We take great care to ensure the safety and quality of our meals, but we cannot guarantee they are completely free from cross-contamination with nuts. If you have a severe nut allergy, please contact us at horacio@newseedspbk.com to discuss your options.
